Production efficiency and labor-saving features are engineered into the unique Besser precast table system. This process is designed to boost the overall performance of your wet cast operation. Multiple table stations result in increased productivity since up to five products—including manhole bases, risers, cones and boxes—can be poured, vibrated and stripped at a time. The table can be set up to intermix various products during the same manufacturing sequence, and the system can also be engineered for specialized product applications, depending on producer requirements. Use of the table allows the precaster to keep jackets (or outer forms) off the plant floor and concentrated in one area for time and labor savings.
The rugged, sturdy table is built for years of dependable service. The low profile design incorporates a flat pouring surface with diamond deck plating which can also serve as a work area for placing reinforcing cages and pipe blockouts.
