The system monitors the horsepower at the rollerhead and regulates the conveyor belt speed to maintain a preset horsepower during the lift cycle. The amount of pack energy transmitted to the pipe is fully adjustable. The system will also control the material feed during the bell cycle. AUTO-PACK is available on new and existing Besser, McCracken and Hydrotile Machines (conventional or Bidirectional) and it is the replacement for older, obsolete conveyor control systems such as the CP-4000 or BC units.
