Get Help Quicker with Modem Support for your Cubing System

Besser of Holland is currently shipping PLC modems in the control panel of all Automatic Cubing systems. The modems can also be added to any new equipment with an Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 or 5/04 processor. In addition to new equipment, we can also provide modems to most existing Besser equipment utilizing the above processors. Customers with existing Allen Bradley PLC-2 systems can also upgrade to a PLC-5 and a modem.

With a PLC modem and a connected analog phone line, Besser of Holland can assist customers with trouble shooting and programming of their equipment. Support is a phone call away. Please contact Besser of Holland for more details.

This is a reminder that our Lithibar Programmable Interface Controller (LPIC) is in limited supply. Besser of Holland has a few on hand, but we can’t get any more new or rebuilt units. As our supply dwindles, you should evaluate the condition of your LPIC to determine when you should upgrade. To prevent down time, you may want to purchase a backup LPIC from us to carry you through in case your LPIC does fail. In the event of failure, Besser of Holland will have units in reserve to loan out while a new PLC panel is being built. We don’t want any of our customers to have costly down time and are trying to prepare for all of the possible outcomes. The new PLCs are easier to program and have greatly improved operator controls and diagnostics. We will do all we can to keep you up and running, but it is important that you plan ahead.
