BiDi Rollerhead Maintenance
Daily or at Changeover

1. Grease zerk at lower enclosure bushing (Use EP-1 grease, or equivalent.)
   
   
2. Grease zerk at upper bushing in rollerhead.
   
   
3. Pack lower bearing between rollerhead and longbottom. If making small bore pipe at higher RPM’s, it may be necessary to grease twice a day.
