The Vapor Generator Series 1S™ is a single-output direct-fired vapor generator. The Series 1S (single speed) is available in three output levels.

System Features

• Three single-speed vapor outputs available:
      o 1.0mmBtu/h (300kW)
      o 1.5mmBtu/h (450kW)
      o 2.0mmBtu/h (600kW)
• Relay logic control systems, utilizing switches and indicator lights
• Box frame for small footprint

Available Options

• Sound enclosure panels for a 30dB reduction that are hinged and removable for access
• Gas compressor, motor and frequency inverter for low (below 1 psi, 100 mbar) incoming gas pressure
• Automatic vapor temperature control with motorized stainless steel needle valve
• Choice of AutoCure™ curing control system
