Benefits of Vapor Curing Concrete Cast Stone

1. Vapor gives the dry mix external moisture for better cement hydration. As a result, edges and corners are harder, while the amount of cement may be reduced, keeping in mind the need for fine material.
2. The heat component of the vapor increases the early strength by approximately 50 percent, allowing for easier handling and less breakage.
3. The carbon dioxide content in the vapor substantially reduces efflorescence.
