The Stone Aging Machine (SAM) gives concrete paving stone a “tumbled” appearance without a tumbler. Concrete paving stone are given an aged look by the unique operation of the SAM which uses product tilting zones and oscillating heads that propel loose fitting impactors. Impacting is totally random and is adjustable so that different aged looks can be achieved. The SAM can be used in-line or out-of-line, efficiently and cost-effectively.
