The
Quiksplit II Manual Splitter will handle standard and
architectural units and some retaining wall units. The splitter is ruggedly built with a
self-contained hydraulic unit that makes it simple to set up and
operate. The heavy 8" tube and 1-1/2" plate frame is designed
for years of reliable service. Dual palm buttons keep the operator's
hands away from the product being split. Blade sets are available for
standard and retaining wall splits. |

Splitter/Turnover
The Besser Model SPT
splitter can split 4" (100 mm), 8" (200 mm), 10" (250
mm),
and 12" (300 mm) units and turn them
automatically. When split,
8" (200 mm), 10" (250 mm), or 12" (300 mm) units are turned
together. Once turned, the unit's core holes are in position to allow
the turned unit to be used as a base course; avoiding the need to use
expensive shipping pallets. Once 4" (100 mm) units are split they
are turned 90 degrees as a complete unit and sent to the cubing line.
