Tumbling System
The innovative engineering of the Tumbling System sets a new
standard for tumbling concrete products. The unique rugged design of the
Tumbling System minimizes the cost of tumbling concrete pavers, brick and retaining wall units by reducing the routine maintenance required and providing
features to maximize profitability and minimize culls.
 

Tumbler Section Feeding Box
The Tumbler Section Feeding Box (SFB) provides an efficient, cost-effective method to remove sections of concrete products from the storage pallet and gently feed the sections into a tumbler.

Stone Aging Machine
The Stone Aging Machine (SAM) gives concrete paving stone a “tumbled” appearance without a tumbler. Concrete paving stone are given an aged look by the unique operation of the SAM which uses product tilting zones and oscillating heads that propel loose fitting impactors. Impacting is totally random and is adjustable so that different aged looks can be achieved. The SAM can be used in-line or out-of-line, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Masonry Aging System (MAS)
The MAS will cost-effectively expand your product line by creating unique unit faces and backs. The MAS can age segmental retaining wall units (SRWs), architectural units (split, fluted, scored, stri-face) and standard block in a wide range of sizes. The inline Masonry Aging System (MAS) automatically gives the face and/or the back of a concrete masonry unit or segmental retaining wall unit an aged appearance. Aging is totally random and adjustable. A variety of aged looks can be created that will appeal to your marketplace. Three machine operations can be easily changed to create the different looks. The speeds of the impactor heads, the rotation speeds of the clamps and the amount of time the unit is held under the impactor heads can each be adjusted to achieve the appearance you desire.
