Semi-Automatic / Automatic Cubing Package
There are times when running your cuber in semi-automatic operation is advantageous and times when only automatic operation will do. Besser engineers have developed a way to have the best of both worlds. In five minutes your cuber can be converted to either semi-automatic operation for manually patterning irregular shaped units, or operating in high speed, fully automatic operation when using pre-programmed tier codes for standard units.
 

Block Interlock Station
The Block Interlock Station is a pre-patterning device located between the depalleter and cuber. The Block Interlock uses powered rollers to position three standard block, then lifts the last two block up off the conveyor rollers and rotates the block 90 degrees. The block are then lowered back on to the conveyor rollers and discharged. This device saves time at the patternmaker.

Brick Cubers
Brick cubing can require a number of features that cubing systems for other concrete masonry units do not. Brick cubing may require that the product be pre-stacked before coming to the cuber, that voids be made automatically and that veneer boards be inserted into the load.

Clamp Cubers
Overhead clamp cubers are available to handle the output of either standard pallet or big board machines. The clamp system includes an overhead bridge frame and one or two hydraulic clamp heads. These heads may have the ability to rotate the product if required for cross stacking. Proportional valving enhances both the speed and life of the components and allows the greatest flexibility in speed control.

Pallet Dispensers and Pallet and Block Dispensers
A Pallet Dispenser or Pallet and Block Dispenser is an essential component in plant automation. It eliminates manual pallet handling and placement and assures the pallet will be placed in exactly the right position to receive the layers of product being cubed.

 

Turntable / Patternmaker
Automatic patternmakers turn concrete units to make interlocking or other tied patterns faster than an operator can and with programmed repeatability. The latest operator graphic interfaces make it easier than ever to program cube patterns and handle special patterning requirements.
