Through constant development and years of experience, these
systems are able to produce high quality concrete pavers with or
without face mix, in addition to landscaping and water
engineering products. These systems are also able to accommodate
the production of such products as insulated hollow block,
retaining wall units, building construction units and slabs.
The OMAG-Tronic Machine
Hardscape and masonry
production equipment is designed for maximum production. The
OMAG-Tronic series of machines offers a variety of pallet sizes
and styles to meet your unique
production requirements for pavers, kerbs,
retaining wall units, edging, slabs and other landscape
elements. The flexibility provided by OMAG-Tronic machines
allows you to produce products from 40 - 500 mm in height in a
wide array of styles to meet the growing demands of your market.
The large pallet size provides the ability to produce a large
quantity of units per cycle. Dense units are easily produced
with multi-stage vibration that consists of pre and main
vibration. A fully automated vibration system allows for control
of both amplitude and frequency of vibration. This means the
process is precisely matched to the specific product
requirements.
