There
are times when running your cuber
in semi-automatic operation is advantageous and times when only automatic
operation will do. Besser engineers have developed a way to have the best
of both worlds. In five minutes your cuber can be converted to either
semi-automatic operation for manually patterning irregular shaped units,
or operating in high speed, fully automatic operation when using
pre-programmed tier codes for standard units.
The
cuber features quick disconnect couplings at electrical and hydraulic
connection points. A mechanical latching assembly holds component “cars”
in place during operation. Each car
is equipped with V-wheels and V-tracks to aid in moving the component
“cars”
in and out of line. A quick disconnect coupling for powered line shaft
conveyor mounted on the car.
The
package includes:
-
V-wheel
car assembly with power feed conveyor and turntable patternmaker
-
V-wheel
car assembly with powered line shaft conveyor section and manual
patterning conveyor section with semi-automatic cuber control station
