13-5/8"
(340 mm) and 15-5/8" (390 mm) Concrete Masonry Units
These concrete
masonry units can be used above and below grade for a wide variety of
applications. Below grade these units allow adequate width for a
standard loadbearing wall, insulation and veneer. Above grade these
units are used for walls in large buildings such as schools, stores and
warehouse facilities.
The units shown are
usually made in two compartments of a 7-5/8"
(190 mm) mold by
removing one inside division plate and spacing the cavity to the desired
width. The core assembly is on a double core plate allowing use of a
standard 7-5/8" (190 mm) wide mold top plate and cutoff parts.
